To follow working procedure and process system,
To sortout the major abnormalitity of process, system,
To maintain the records and documents,
Responsibilty of 5S, Safety, and followup of PPE's.
Manpower management and manpower control, QMS system followup and further improvement,
Co-ordinate with other related departments, To train the sub-ordinates intiate the suggestions, qualiy circle and new improvement project.

To arrange the shift manpower & organize the on-roll employee. Authorized to control abnormality of production process & rejection. To achive the department targets
To intiate the internal system audit.
Authorize to make work instructions & operating procedure.

To achive internal targets i.e JPH, energy target, rejction(CR, MR & CRAM), 5S, accident (machine & man) 

Knowledge in machine operation, manpower control ,productivity improvemet            To find root cause of rejections                     To find out the root cause for not meeting the given targets.                                      Co-ordinate with other supporting departments
