Sr. Engineer / Executive – Sourcing

Job Description:

• 3–5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / SCM within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in new vendor development, supplier evaluation, and supplier onboarding.
• Exposure to supplier technical audits and assessment of manufacturing capabilities.
• Experience in RFQ floating, cost analysis, price negotiation, and commercial finalization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, grinding, sheet metal, and moulding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in Value Engineering, alternate sourcing, localization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of dual-sourcing strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
• Working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Excel/data analysis.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
