HR/Admin Manager
Job Description:
experienced, hands-on HR Manager to oversee plant-level HR operations, industrial compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations at our manufacturing unit in Bhavnagar.
The ideal candidate will bridge plant management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations, high employee morale, and strict adherence to labour laws.
Proficient knowledge in Industrial Compliance, Legal expertise, Labour laws, HR Payroll software, advanced skills in MS Office
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, people management, recruitment & hiring people
Experience: 3-5 Years in managerial or assistant managerial capacity
Industry Preference: Manufacturing in metal, industrial, engineering or chemical
Education: BA, HRM or related, PG Diploma in HRM, PM/IR
Location: Bhavnagar
