MEP Project Manager

Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
 5 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit out. 
 Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
 Prior experience working in Turnkey/fit out industry would be an added advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
 Software skills include AutoCad, MS Office.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : 
 Managing sub contractors and supervision consultant to ensure project is delivered smoothly.
 To review plans and specifications according to plan.
 To manage the work of subordinate staff.
 To prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.
 Has to provide technical advice to supervisor regarding installation and maintenance of MEP system.
 Has to analyze mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems and formulate solutions.
 Has to identify problems in the design, planning, manage and delivering multiple projects.
 Has to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors and others.
 Has to prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required.
 Manage day-to-day work of the MEP.
 Managing documentation related to MEP. 
 Completion certificate from Client & keeping it as a record.
 Responsible for Proper Handover Documentation for smooth closure of the Projects.
