Head - Video Production
Job Description:
About The Kite Flyers
The Kite Flyers is a creative-first, 360-degree marketing agency with a presence in NCR and Bengaluru. We work with clients across India and international markets, delivering integrated solutions across video production, branding, social media, digital marketing, employer branding, websites and creative communications.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven and client-focused Head of Video Production to lead our video-production function, deliver high-quality projects and contribute directly to the agency’s revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Head of Video Production will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of video projects—from understanding client requirements and developing creative concepts to planning, production, post-production and final delivery.
In addition to leading the production function, the person will be responsible for driving revenue through new customer acquisition, developing video-production opportunities and upselling relevant services to the agency’s existing client base.
The role requires a strong combination of creative judgment, production expertise, client-management skills, commercial acumen and operational discipline. The successful candidate should be able to interact with clients independently, manage multiple stakeholders, build scalable production teams and deliver large projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
The person should also possess a strong network of freelance professionals and production partners across key Indian cities, enabling The Kite Flyers to execute projects efficiently across locations.

- Work closely with the agency’s leadership and business-development teams to pitch video-production solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell video-production services to the agency’s existing customer base.
- Develop long-term video-content programmes, annual production retainers and recurring content solutions for existing and new clients.
- Participate in discovery meetings, proposal development, presentations, commercial negotiations and deal closures.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across marketing, corporate communications, human resources, employer branding and leadership teams.
- Track the business-development pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, proposals, conversions and expected revenue.
