Job Description:
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate Internal, Customer, and Certification Audits.
- Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and monitor Quality Objectives.
- Ensure document control and compliance with applicable standards.
- Drive CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and continual improvement activities.
- Coordinate customer complaints and non-conformance management.
- Plan and conduct quality and IMS awareness training.
- Liaise with certification bodies, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor process performance, KPIs, and compliance across departments.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving quality and business objectives.
