Senior Executive – Events / Event Manager (Corporate Events)- URGENT

Position

Designation: Senior Executive – Events / Event Manager
Department: Operations – Corporate Events
Reporting To: Operations Manager / General Manager – Events
Location: HYD & BLR – 2 each location
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Executive / Event Manager to independently manage end-to-end execution of corporate events. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate event management, vendor management, budgeting, client servicing, and on-ground execution. The role demands excellent planning, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure flawless event delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Event Planning & Execution
    • Manage end-to-end execution of corporate events, conferences, product launches, annual meetings, town halls, dealer meets, award functions, exhibitions, employee engagement activities, and activations.
    • Develop detailed event execution plans, timelines, checklists, and deployment plans.
    • Coordinate all event logistics from planning through successful completion.
    • Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and approved budgets.
  1. Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event execution plans.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and pre-event briefings.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  1. Vendor & Production Management
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors including fabrication, branding, AV, sound, lighting, décor, printing, logistics, manpower, and entertainment.
  • Ensure quality deliverables from vendors within committed timelines.
  • Coordinate with production teams for seamless event execution.
  • Verify vendor bills and ensure compliance with company processes.
  1. Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepare event budgets and monitor project costs.
  • Ensure profitability by controlling expenses and avoiding cost overruns.
  • Track project expenses against approved budgets.
  • Support commercial closure and reconciliation after event completion.
  1. Event Operations
  • Conduct venue inspections and feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare event schedules, production timelines, and manpower deployment plans.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permissions, and logistics wherever applicable.
  • Manage registrations and guest management for corporate events.
  • Handle last-minute changes effectively while maintaining service quality.
  1. Team Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, freelancers, promoters, and vendors.
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor execution during events.
  • Mentor junior event executives and support team development.
  • Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare project briefs, MOMs, event reports, and closure reports.
  • Maintain vendor database, project documentation, and event records.
  • Submit post-event reports highlighting achievements, challenges, client feedback, and learnings.
  • Ensure all event documentation complies with company SOPs and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
  • Certification in Event Management is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate event management.
  • Experience with an event management agency is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in independently handling large-scale corporate events.

Salary – 1.  Sr. Executive – Rs 40,000/- CTC

  1. Event Manger – Rs 45 to 50,000/- C TC
