- Production Planning: Create schedules, assign daily tasks to operators, and manage material resources.
- Quality Control: Monitor product standards, run inspections, and fix root causes of defects.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee machinery performance, prevent downtime, and coordinate repairs.
