Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :-
1. Project Execution.
* Monitor projects execution w.r.t quality, timeline and engineering
budget.
* Interaction with cross-functional team for technical deliverables and
smooth progress of project.
* Gross Margin improvement on Engineering Services and Technical
Deliverables.
* Identify and raise significant issues that are impacting project
Assistant in a timely fashion
* Review of project SGV, schedule and resource availability for on time
Assistant of project.

2. Business Processes

* Create Quality Processes and Tracking to improve OTD and savings in
project along with help of SME.
* Maintain Compliance for project documentation w.r.t SGV/ISO/CMMI.
* Develop Functional procedures for integrated solutions/in-house
products.
* Create SOP/Technotes on troubleshooting/maintenance guidelines,
site specific configurations as per KRA/KPI.
* Support Sales/CRM team for engineering estimation for
opportunities.
3. People Management

* Monthly Resource planning to ensure timely Assistant of all running
projects.
* Identify resource skill upgrade and specific training needs for
upcoming projects.
* Performance evaluation/review based on defined KRA/KPIs.
* Responsible for setting team strategy and related performance
objectives and then developing team members to achieve objectives
through one-on-one mentoring, team leader meetings, and
meaningful written communications.

4. Compliance, Reporting & Training

* Adherence to Reporting process in Timesheet, Meeting requirements
of Work, maintaining discipline at workplace and customer site,
Maintaining Integrity & confidentiality
* Daily review of project team and team members.
* Successor planning.
* Providing the cultural environment to develop, deliver and drive
improvements in new capabilities, standards, and ways of working in
the organization.
