Sales Executive :- Tender

Job Description:

Gender: Female 

Job Purpose

The candidate shall be responsible for achieving sales/ revenue targets, generating sales leads/prospects through tender, implement follow up mechanism, sales quotation preparation, order fulfillment follow up,data mining of customer base, data entry and maintain old/new customer master database.

Responsibilities

Responsible for:

1. Tender Identification & Monitoring
2. Tender Document Analysis
3. Bid Preparation & Submission
4. BOQ, Costing & Commercial Coordination
5. EMD / BG & Documentation
6. Coordination & Follow-Up
7. To maintain MIS Report
8. Hands-on knowledge of GeM, CPPP and Government e-Procurement portals.
9. Good understanding of tender terms such as RFP, RFQ, NIT, BOQ, EMD, PBG, BG and Compliance Matrix.
10. Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
11. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PDF editing.
12. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
13. Good written and verbal communication.
14. Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
15. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
