Assistant Manager - PPIC (Haridwar)
Job Description:
Job Objective
Responsible for production planning, material planning, inventory control and ensuring timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans as per customer demand.
- Plan RM/PM requirements based on production schedules and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability and highlight shortages to avoid production stoppage.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and control excess/obsolete stock.
- Track production plan vs. actual and prepare MIS reports.
- Manage MRP/ERP transactions and maintain accurate PPIC records.
- Ensure timely execution of production and dispatch schedules.
- Drive improvements in planning, inventory and material utilization.
Qualification
B.Tech/B.E./MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
Preferred: Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG or Manufacturing industry with good knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
