Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at the construction site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating with contractors, checking work quality, and ensuring that work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Supervise workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their progress.
• Ensure construction work is done as per drawings and specifications.
• Check the quality of materials and construction work.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Ensure proper safety rules are followed at the construction site.
• Identify and report any site issues or delays to the senior team.
• Maintain daily site reports and work progress records.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Check measurements and completed work as required.
• Maintain proper discipline and housekeeping at the site.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
• Good knowledge of construction site activities.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and basic methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to solve day-to-day site problems.
