Production Supervisor
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities as per targets.
Manage manpower allocation and supervise operators/helpers.
Monitor production, productivity, quality, rejection, rework and wastage.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, EHS and other departments.
Monitor machine operations and coordinate for breakdown resolution.
Maintain production records, shift reports and documentation.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, PPE and safety compliance.
Handle shift handover, employee discipline and attendance.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement, productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
