CNC Turning Machine Operator – Short JD
Location: Factory
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI Turner/Machinist/Fitter or Diploma Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Turning/CNC Lathe machines.

Hands-on experience with Fanuc & Siemens controllers.

Job setup, tool setting, chuck setting & offset correction.

Read engineering drawings and execute CNC programs.

Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.

Handle turning, threading, grooving, boring & parting operations.

Monitor tool life, quality, production and cycle time.

Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S, PPE and safety standards.
