Job Description:
  • Role: Plant HR Executive
  • Location: Supa MIDC, Ahmednagar (Parner Taluka), Maharashtra
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in a manufacturing plant environment
  • CTC: Up to ₹6.0 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)
  • Industry Preference: Auto Components, Heavy Engineering, Electronic Manufacturing (PCB/Appliances), or Pharma/Bulk Drugs.  

Core Responsibilities

  1. Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure 100% compliance with factory laws, including the Factories Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, and PF.
  • Manage time office operations, attendance systems, and leave management databases.
  • Handle liaisoning with government officials (Labour Office, MPCB, Factory Inspectorate, and local Gram Panchayat).
  • Maintain and systematically audit all mandatory registers and statutory plant licenses.
  1. Contractual Labor & Manpower Management
  • Supervise third-party contract labor agencies, validating monthly attendance sheets and wage distributions.
  • Optimize headcount planning to eliminate sudden line-shortages across shifts.
  • Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions on the shop floor.
  1. Plant Admin & Facility Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day administration including plant canteen services, worker transportation, and uniform distribution.
  • Monitor security agency performance, gate pass protocols, and incoming/outgoing visitor control.
  • Manage administrative vendor payments, invoice auditing, and cost-control reporting.  
  1. Safety, Health, & Welfare
  • Coordinate closely with the EHS/Safety officer to organize safety drills, distribute PPE kits, and track workplace accident metrics.
  • Conduct periodic medical check-ups for laborers and manage first-aid room inventory.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, and recreational events for shop floor workers.
  1. Talent Acquisition & Training
  • Execute end-to-end blue-collar and junior management recruitment via local networks, portals, and on-the-spot interviews.
  • Anchor the NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship training schemes and document program records.
  • Plan and organize Skill Enhancement, Safety Training, and POSH awareness sessions.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Masters in Labour Studies (MLS) / MPM / MSW.
  • Functional Knowledge: Practical, hands-on experience dealing with unionized workers or intense contract labor workforce
