Job Description – ITI Electrician

Position: Electrician / Electrical Technician
Department: Maintenance / Electrical
Location: Bidkin, Farola, Paithan Road, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: ITI – Electrician
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines and electrical equipment.

• Handle electrical wiring, control panels, motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and industrial electrical systems.

• Identify and resolve electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as per schedule.

• Check and maintain electrical panels, cables, switches, MCBs, MCCs, and other electrical components.

• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and breakdowns.

• Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.

• Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams for quick resolution of electrical issues.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions in the electrical maintenance area.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.

• Practical knowledge of motors, control panels, starters, sensors, and electrical wiring.

• Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams.

• Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

• Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.

Candidate Profile

• ITI Electrician with 1–3 years of industrial experience.

• Candidates with manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience will be preferred.

• Freshers may not be considered for this position.

• Candidates residing in or willing to work around Bidkin / Farola / Paithan Road / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar will be preferred.
