Accounts Executive

Job Description:

Position: Accounts Executive (Industrial / Manufacturing)

• Experience: 3 to 6 years
• Compensation: Up to ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum
• Location: Supa MIDC, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
• Industry: Manufacturing / Heavy Industries / Engineering

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Factory Accounting & Inventory Control

• Manage inventory: Verify raw material, WIP, and finished goods stock records.
• Conduct audits: Perform monthly and quarterly physical stock verification at the plant.
• Track variances: Identify and report material consumption discrepancies.
• Control costs: Oversee manufacturing overheads and analyze product costing.

Taxation & Compliance

• GST compliance: Prepare data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
• Reconcile data: Perform GSTR-2B reconciliations with purchase registers regularly.
• TDS/TCS management: Deduct accurate TDS, deposit challans, and file quarterly returns.
• MIDC compliances: Handle local body taxes, water bills, and MIDC property tax assessments.

Core Financial Operations

• Vendor management: Process accounts payable, verify invoices against PO/GRN, and schedule payments.
• Receivables tracking: Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Banking tasks: Handle bank reconciliations, BGs, LCs, and daily cash flow monitoring.
• Month-end closing: Prepare provisions, depreciation schedules, and trial balance reviews.

⚙️ Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, Inter-CA, or Inter-ICWA.
• Software: High proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP (FICO/MM modules preferred), and MS Excel.
• Core knowledge: Strong understanding of factory accounting, cost sheets, and gate pass processes.
