Site Engineer in a leading Real Estate Sector

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor civil construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and external development works..
• Coordinate execution of plotted development and villa projects, including roads, drainage, utilities, landscaping, and other infrastructure works.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and supervisors.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, quality standards.
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and highlight delays or execution issues.
• Check material quality, workmanship, measurements, and contractor bills.
• Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, measurements, and work records
•  Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction practices at the project site.
•  Review and coordinate all architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, MEP and other project drawings with consultants and management.
• Maintain drawing MIS from schematic/design development through tender drawings and VFC.
• Prepare vendor quotation comparisons and support contract finalization.
• Coordinate pre-execution site activities and ensure readiness for project execution.
• Execution Stage Coordinate between external consultants and site execution teams for drawings, VFC requirements and resolution of site issues.
• Ensure timely issuance of architectural, structural and MEP/VFC drawings as per project schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site planning, construction execution and coordination, including resolution of site-related issues.
• Monitor construction materials, stores, manpower and labour on a daily basis and maintain related MIS.
• Submit daily/periodic project progress and execution MIS to Management.

Skills:-

• Good leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
• Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent fluency over spoken and written English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Exposure to Project Management Software.

• Must be flexible in work profile & willingness to travel
• Should have the willingness to learn and a go-getter attitude
• Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Education Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Work Experience:  7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate/residential construction out of which 3-4 years’ experience in Club, Villa and Plotted Development projects.

Salary Negotiable based on experience and current salary.
