Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales – Diesel Generators to lead and expand our
generator business in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new
business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and achieving the company’s revenue and
profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the sales & service team and drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial,
Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government sectors.
• Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
• Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts.
• Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, , or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in diesel generator / power generation sales.

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems such as generator sizing, synchronization,
AMF/ATS, and power solutions.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC market experience preferred.
• Experience with Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, Caterpillar, or
similar brands is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Saudi driving license preferred.
Package:
 Sales Head: SAR 15,000–20,000 per month including basic salary, HRA, and mobile allowance.
Company Car & Fuel: Company car and fuel will be provided.
