SR. ENGINEER FOR POWER PLANT - RAMPURA , MUNGELI, CHHATTISGARH

• System Design & Architecture: Lead the creation and development of robust technical solutions, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.

• Project Oversight: Manage project-level complexity by translating vague objectives into actionable deliverables, monitoring timelines, and controlling budgets. 

• Technical Guidance & Mentoring: Review work (such as code or design plans), troubleshoot critical production issues, and mentor junior engineers. 

• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with product managers, clients, and other stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business goals.

• Experience & Education: Typically requires a recognized engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification along with several years of hands-on industry experience.

• Problem-Solving: Advanced ability to perform root-cause analysis and formulate efficient solutions to unexpected challenges. 

• Proficiency: Deep technical competency in relevant tools, programming languages, or building codes depending on the specific branch (software, mechanical, civil, etc.).
