Job Opening – PDC Maintenance

Position: Maintenance Engineer / Technician – PDC
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile Components

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of PDC (Pressure Die Casting) machines and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems in PDC machines.

• Monitor machine performance and minimize machine breakdown and downtime.

• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, sensors, and control panels.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.

• Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain breakdown records, preventive maintenance reports, and spare-parts inventory.

• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth machine operation.

• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of PDC equipment when required.

• Follow 5S, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in PDC / Die Casting / Machine Maintenance.

• Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, sensors, motors, and control panels.

• Good problem-solving and breakdown-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
