Job Description:
Job Opening – Press Shop Maintenance
Position: Maintenance Engineer / Technician – Press Shop
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile Components
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems of press shop machines.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of power presses, hydraulic presses, pneumatic systems, and related equipment.
- Identify machine breakdowns and carry out timely corrective actions.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, control panels, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth machine operation.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve machine reliability and productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in Press Shop Maintenance / Industrial Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of press machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
