Job Description – Business Development Executive

Experience: 1–8 Years
Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists, and influencers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events and entertainment industry.

• Present platform solutions effectively and convert prospects into customers.

• Drive partnership and business deals with event organizers, including large-scale events.

• Conduct outbound outreach, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Expand the industry network and establish long-term business relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable with outbound sales, client meetings, networking, and negotiations.

• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Events, Entertainment, Media, or related industries is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
