Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
✅ Conduct market research to identify industry trends and improve brand awareness.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders.
✅ Monitor market trends and provide competitor analysis.
✅ Oversee daily sales operations and execute sales & marketing strategies.
✅ Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to the leadership team.
✅ Plan and manage sales budgets.
✅ Set quarterly and annual sales targets while motivating the sales team to achieve them.
✅ Onboard doctors and ensure timely follow-up for samples and related activities.
