Required Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of PF , ESI , salary preparation Etc
- Knowledge of Factory act Implementation and Lesioning with Govt. Officials
- Knowledge of GPCB and CGWA related matters and Lesioning with GPCB officials
- Knowledge of Safety protocols
- Organisation records maintaining and updating
- Ability to convince Workers for safety , Hygine
- Leadership skills
