Job Description:

Position:      Officer/Sr. Officer - QA/QC

Location:       Dadra

Experience:   2 - 6 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Inspection and testing as per Control plans/inspection requirements ( FG , Intermediates , RM & PM )
• layout inspection and functional testing as per plan and maintain records
• Maintaining Calibration of Instruments and Gauges records & co-ordination with agencies
• Maintain 5 S in dept.
• Dept Documentation as per IMS requirements.
• Analysis of Customer Complaints / Customer line rejections , RC , CAPA , Followup audit.
• Perform laboratory testing such as viscosity, gloss, pH, shade, drying time, and adhesion
• Approve or reject batches based on quality specifications
• Maintain QC/QA records, SOPs and documentation
• Monitor proper use and calibration of laboratory instruments

Required Skills

• Testing knowledge including Paint / RM / FG / Intermediates
• Communication in Shift working.
• Team Work
• SAP QC transaction working knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Work in all shifts experience required.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
