Ocean Export Pricing Head - Vadodara & Ahmedabad

Job Description:

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage the ocean export pricing and quotation process.
🔹 Procure competitive freight rates from shipping lines, carriers, and agents.
🔹 Negotiate rates with carriers/shipping lines to secure the most competitive pricing.
🔹 Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shipping Companies, CHA, Transporters, and other vendors across India Ports/ICDs.
🔹 Maintain and regularly update buying and selling rate sheets.
🔹 Support the Sales team by providing accurate and timely quotations.
🔹 Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Operations teams for accurate bookings.
🔹 Analyse pricing and ensure appropriate profit margins for every shipment and business opportunity.
🔹 Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with all vendors.
