| • Design/specify jigs, fixtures, and lifting arrangements required for new core-coil configurations. | |
| • Conduct first assembly trials for new designs and verify electrical clearances (phase-to-phase, phase-to-earth) and mechanical fit-up. | |
| • Coordinate with Purchase/SCM for clamping hardware, insulation barriers, and pressboard components for new orders. | |
| PRODUCTION PHASE RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| • Prepare and monitor daily assembly schedules aligned with winding output and drying/tanking section pull. | |
| • Supervise fitting of top/bottom yoke clamps, core clamping structures, and insulation barriers per drawing. | |
| • Verify tightening torque values on clamping bolts/structures as per specification. | |
| • Conduct in-process electrical clearance checks and mechanical alignment verification before handover. | |
