Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Sales professional to drive sales of residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, conducting property presentations/site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through direct sales, references, walk-ins, and other sources.
• Connect with prospective buyers and understand their residential property requirements.
• Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and benefits.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed project presentations to customers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales closures in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, presales, legal, and documentation for smooth closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
