Sr. Executive/ AM Electrical Maintenance (Casting) Mandal

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical maintenance of Induction Furnace, Die Casting/Gravity Die Casting, Shot Blasting, Fettling & Casting equipment.
• Handle PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, control panels, sensors, motors, drives and electrical systems.
• Plan and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, control circuits and automation-related issues.
• Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts inventory and equipment history.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
• Drive RCA, MTBF/MTTR improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
• Lead and guide technicians/electricians and manage shift maintenance activities.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in foundry/casting plant electrical maintenance, with exposure to PLC, VFD, induction furnace and automation systems.
