Sr. Engineer – Tendering

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Handle tendering, EOI, open tender identification and proposal submissions.
* Review tender documents, technical/commercial requirements and contractual terms.
* Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, bid documents and techno-commercial proposals.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors during the tendering process.
* Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and support negotiations.
* Track labour, steel, copper, nickel, commodity prices and currency exchange rates.
* Identify project risks, assumptions and contingencies during estimation.
* Maintain records of estimates, assumptions and tender submissions.
* Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and client interactions.

Qualification
* 7 years+ of relevant experience in Tendering / Proposal Management.
* Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering preferred.
* Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering / Industrial Projects preferred.
* Strong knowledge of tender preparation, estimation, costing and proposal submission.
* Good understanding of technical & commercial tender documents.
* Strong analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.
