Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support the field sales team. The candidate will coordinate with clients and internal departments, manage documentation and schedules, and support the sales team to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals and BOQs as per client requirements.
• Assist in filling and submitting tenders.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients.
• Handle online and telephone queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate between clients and internal departments to provide suitable solutions based on requirements, cost and timelines.
• Work closely with the Sales team to track departmental progress and support sales strategy.
• Prepare reports on sales progress and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Maintain schedules, documentation, and required sales information.
• Provide necessary support and feedback to the field sales team.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a high level of dedication.
• Any Graduate; BE Mechanical / Diploma or relevant field preferred.
