Job Description – HR Manager
Reporting To: Founder / Director
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), and HR documentation.
• Drive performance management, KPIs/KRAs, appraisals, and employee development.
• Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
• Conduct training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support organizational growth by building a strong and productive workforce.
Qualification
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
• Min 10 years of Experience in HR Operation (4 to 5 years as a manager or Assistant Manager) preferably in advertising, marketing, services, or project-based organizations.
