Technical Sales Engineer / Manager
Job Description:
Location – Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai
Working days- Monday to Saturday (2nd, 4th, & 5th Saturday off & Sunday off
Timing -9.30 to 6.30 pm
Technical Sales Engineer / Manager to drive sales of capital and heavy precision industrial equipment. This role involves consultative, solution-based selling to industrial customers, EPC contractors, and large manufacturing plants.
This is not FMCG or retail sales. The role requires engineering understanding, site interaction, and long-cycle project sales exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle technical sales of capital / heavy precision equipment
• Develop and manage industrial customers
• Engage with plant heads, maintenance managers, project teams, and procurement
• Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
• Coordinate with application, service, and factory teams
• Build and grow long-term key accounts
• Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth
JOB SPECIFICATION (educational qualification/experience/skills/etc.)
Requirements:
• 3 -8 years experience in:
- Industrial / technical sales OR
- Application / service engineering with strong customer interaction
• Exposure to capital equipment / industrial machinery / precision tools
• Comfortable with site work and travel
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Any Graduate
