Department: Mechanical / Engineering / Production

Location: Mehsana, Kalol, Chhatral, or nearby only

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 1–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, machinery, fabrication, or engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production, fabrication, and machine assembly activities.

• Allocate work to technicians, fitters, welders, and production workers.

• Read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.

• Ensure proper fitting, alignment, quality, and timely completion of work.

• Monitor production progress and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Quality, Design, and Maintenance teams.

• Support machine installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping in the work area.

• Prepare basic production and work-progress reports.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical machinery and components.

• Drawing reading and measurement skills.

• Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.

• Good team handling and supervisory skills.

• AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage.
