Job Description:

Medical Charge Entry -Biller with 3-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter patient charges based on clinical documentation.

- Review medical notes, superbills, and charge tickets for completeness.

- Verify CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes.

- Ensure accurate entry of units, modifiers, and service dates.

- Identify and resolve charge discrepancies and missing information.

- Review charges before claim submission.

- Follow payer-specific billing and compliance guidelines.

- Coordinate with coding, billing, and clinical teams.

- Maintain HIPAA compliance and meet accuracy/productivity targets.

- Understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.

- Experience with EHR/EMR and billing software.

- Knowledge of modifiers, units, and payer requirements.
