Job Description:

Position:     Maintenance Executive

Location:     Jhagadia - Ankleshwar

Experience:  3 - 5 Years

Industries:   Chemical

Responsibilities:   

• Responsible for maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, utilities and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, reactors, valves and pipelines.
• Coordinate with production and utility teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts and maintenance records.
• Ensure proper functioning of plant utilities such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors and DG sets.
• Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems and chemical plant safety standards during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and servicing work.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation related to preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and equipment history.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with pumps, reactors, agitators, compressors, gearboxes and other process equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Good understanding of plant safety procedures and maintenance practices.
• Ability to handle maintenance activities independently and coordinate with production teams.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical 

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
