Job Description:

Position:      QC Trainee

Location:      Jhagadia - Ankleshwar

Experience:   Fresher

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:   

• Assist in testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform routine laboratory tests as per approved SOPs and specifications.
• Handle laboratory instruments and equipment under supervision.
• Prepare samples, reagents, solutions, and maintain proper labeling.
• Record test results accurately in laboratory records and reports.
• Follow GLP, GMP, safety procedures, and laboratory SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the QC laboratory.
• Assist senior QC team members in investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and test records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and laboratory waste.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory practices.
• Knowledge of instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, or analytical balance will be an advantage.
• Good documentation and observation skills.
• Willingness to learn laboratory testing and QC procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 2.40 LPA
