Job Description:

Role Purpose

The Sales / Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing fresh leads from initial inquiry to successful closure. The role includes understanding client requirements, sharing suitable property options, scheduling and completing site visits, maintaining follow-ups, updating CRM records with 100% discipline, supporting negotiations, and driving revenue through successful leasing or sales closures. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Take ownership of fresh leads from first contact to final closure.

• Gather new lead requirements in detail, including budget, location, property type, urgency, and client expectations.

• Identify and share suitable residential and commercial property options with clients.

• Schedule, coordinate, and complete site visits with clients. • Maintain regular client calls and follow-ups to move opportunities forward.

• Prepare and share matching proposals based on client requirements.

• Handle negotiation stages with the help of senior and support deal closure.

• Coordinate documentation, payment collection support, and handover-related communication when required.

• Maintain complete CRM discipline, including 100% CRM updating of leads, calls, client status, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets based on salary and performance expectations. 

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential rental leasing.

• Must have a real estate background.

• Good market knowledge of Ahmedabad residential and commercial real estate.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Professional behavior, client-handling ability, and proper business manner are required.

• Preferred experience from any real estate company, brokerage firm, or developer organization.
