Key responsibilities      Own a practical content calendar aligned to launches, inventory and selling occasions. Plan shoots, coordinate talent and produce or edit reels, stories, product copy and campaign assets. Describe fabrics, craft, fit and wearing occasions accurately, checking product information with merchandising. Coordinate creators and community responses; route qualified enquiries to the sales owner with tracking. Review content performance and enquiry-to-appointment or sales outcomes; manage approved production budgets. Desired candidate Prefer 1–3 years in social media with a strong fashion or lifestyle portfolio. Strong fashion visual judgement, short-form video editing and copywriting; a portfolio showing personal contribution; comfort with analytics, content tools and store coordination. Success measures Content delivered on schedule, qualified enquiries, enquiry-to-appointment conversion, attributable sales where traceable and cost per qualified enquiry for paid activity. Reach and engagement are supporting measures.
