Client Growth and Regional Partnerships Lead SIM-GROWTH | Kolkata | 1 opening Monthly fixed gross salary: INR 25,000–35,000 Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site. Exact workdays and hours to be agreed. Role purpose Grow repeat and referral business through disciplined clienteling, appointments and local partnerships, with wider territory responsibility earned through results. Key responsibilities      Segment the customer database and run relevant reactivation and appointment campaigns with appropriate contact permissions. Maintain CRM records, follow-ups and an appointment pipeline with clear sales ownership. Develop local partnerships with stylists, communities and suitable complementary businesses. Coordinate client previews, events and personalised follow-up with merchandising and sales teams. Track collected sales and contribution from initiatives; propose territory expansion only after validating economics. Desired candidate Prefer 2–4 years in clienteling, retail sales or local partnerships, with measurable sales results. Evidence of repeat-business or partnership results; confident client communication; CRM discipline and basic commercial analysis. Sensitive handling of customer information is essential. Success measures Reactivated customers, appointments attended, appointment-to-sale conversion, repeat purchase, collected revenue and contribution after campaign costs. First 90 days 30 days: audit client data and establish a baseline. 60 days: run a reactivation campaign and partnership test. 90 days: demonstrate repeatable appointments and attributable collected sales.
