DXB-HOST | Delano Dubai | 1 opening Monthly fixed gross salary: AED 2,000–2,500 Work arrangement: Venue-based; exact shift and employment arrangement to be agreed. OMMPODS placement at the venue, not a hotel vacancy. Role purpose Deliver a warm, dependable guest experience and operate the pod safely using approved procedures. Key responsibilities      Welcome guests, explain session options and assist with bookings and payment processes where assigned. Operate the pod and tablet after training; run readiness checks and help guests start and finish sessions. Follow cleaning, reset and hygiene procedures between guests; maintain consumables and report equipment issues. Respect guest privacy, follow approved suitability and escalation guidance, and use emergency procedures when required. Record sessions, collections where applicable, feedback and incidents; coordinate daily with the venue and OMMPODS. Desired candidate Hospitality, retail, spa or guest-service experience preferred; Dubai-based candidates with confirmed availability are preferred. Clear English communication, calm service manner and comfort with tablets. Relevant local languages are useful. Reliability across agreed shifts and ability to complete pod training are essential. Dubai placement requires confirmed employment and venue onboarding arrangements. Success measures Per shift: completed readiness checks, timely resets, accurate booking and cash reconciliation, and incident reporting. Weekly: guest feedback, session completion and booking conversion relative to footfall. First 90 days 30 days: complete training and supervised operation. 60 days: run an agreed shift independently. 90 days: maintain consistent service and accurate reports with minimal avoidable interruptions. Selection exercise Role-play a first-time guest welcome, a delayed session and an equipment fault; demonstrate clear escalation and a sample shift report
