JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the design, selection, and application of industrial fans and ventilation solutions based on customer requirements.

2. Perform performance calculations, product sizing, and technical evaluations while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards such as ISO, AMCA, and AHRI.

3. Work closely with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful project execution.

4. Coordinate and support product customization requests by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

5. Provide technical support and application guidance to customers and field sales teams for optimal product selection and solution development.

6. Conduct site visits and customer meetings to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and project assistance when required.

7. Support organizational activities such as exhibitions, technical workshops, seminars, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.

8. Prepare technical proposals, selection reports, and application-related documentation.

9. Assist in resolving customer technical queries and contribute to customer satisfaction through effective engineering support.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

BE/B.Tech in Engineering with specialization in any of the following:
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering

EXPERIENCE

4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in technical support, application engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales, preferably in ventilation products and solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong technical background in ventilation products and solutions.
- Hands-on experience with industrial fans.
- Experience with blowers.
- Knowledge of electric motors.
- Knowledge of Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Understanding of air movement and ventilation systems.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering is preferred.
- Good understanding of fan performance curves.
- Knowledge of airflow calculations.
- Understanding of system resistance.
- Knowledge of motor selection.
- Understanding of energy-efficient ventilation solutions.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, technical discussions, and site support activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with engineering selection and calculation tools.
