Store Assistant (SAP MM)NUH
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily material inward and outward activities.
Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, and other store documents.
Maintain proper records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and packing materials.
Update material transactions in SAP
Conduct physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
Follow FIFO and proper material storage practices.
Maintain bin locations, material identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement.
Issue materials to Production and Maintenance departments as required.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Support stock reconciliation, audits, and inventory counting.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the store area.
Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
SAP/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
Good understanding of inventory management and material handling.
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant preferred.
Good documentation and communication skills.
