Job Description:
Requirements :
2+ years of work experience as a diamond grader in any of the renowned Laboratory or 05 years+ of experience
as a diamond grader in any of the renowned Diamond manufacturing companies
Complete knowledge of 4Cs. (Cut, Carat Weight, Color and Clarity)
Diamond grading course. (Renowned Laboratory)
Able to finalize clarity, polish and symmetry independently.
Diamond inclusion plotting experience.
GIA Lab work experience will be an advantage.
Educational qualifications:
Minimum HSC
Basic Computer knowledge
Job description :
-Accurately assess the polished diamonds based on industry grading standards including evaluating the 4Cs
(carat weight, cut, color, and clarity) and assessing the diamond's overall characteristics.
-Utilize advanced diamond grading software and equipment to evaluate and measure diamonds.
-Follow the company's standard operating procedures for diamond grading and ensure compliance with industry
guidelines. Adhere to established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy in diamond assessment.
-Participate in ongoing quality control measures to ensure accuracy and precision in diamond grading.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies in the grading
process.
-Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and techniques in diamond
grading.
-Work closely with other diamond graders, gemologists, and professionals within the company to exchange
knowledge and maintain consistency in grading standards.
