Job Description:
Responsibilities: QA Executive
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement and monitor QA systems, SOPs, specifications and quality procedures.
- Oversee raw material, in-process and finished product quality and ensure timely release.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, deviations, investigations and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate internal, external and customer audits and ensure effective closure of observations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and train the QA team and maintain required quality documentation and records.
