Position:       Quality Inspector

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:   0 - 3 Years

Industries:    Plastic

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for incoming material inspection and testing of RM and MB as per specifications released by Regional Quality and maintaining relevant records.
• Responsible for completing and maintaining revalidation records for all equipment as per the defined plan.
• Perform daily challenge tests on machines as per the inspection plan.
• Perform daily calibration and maintain calibration records.
• Update and verify Line Clearance, Online, Offline, Line Defect, and Non-Conforming Product records as per Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain the condition and accuracy of all measuring equipment in the Quality Lab.
• Support product validation and revalidation activities.
• Use the recommended PPE in the working area and follow all applicable safety guidelines.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards in the Quality Lab.

Required Skill

• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.SC - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
