Job Description:

1. Quality Compliance & Standards Adherence
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements.
2. Documentation Accuracy & Control
Ensure accurate, complete, traceable, and controlled quality documentation.
3. Inspection & Testing Effectiveness
Ensure effective in-process, final, FAT, IFAT, and SAT inspection and testing activities.
4. NCR, Rejection & CAPA Management
Ensure timely identification, analysis, corrective action, and closure of quality issues.
5. Audit & Validation Support
Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations and validation-related documentation.
6. Vendor & Material Quality
Ensure quality compliance of materials, components, and vendor-supplied items.
7. Cross-Functional & Customer Coordination
Ensure effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers for quality-related matters.
8. Change Management & Continuous Improvement
Ensure controlled implementation of changes and drive initiatives to improve quality and reduce rework and deviations.
