Position:        Engineer - Business Excellence

Location:       Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience:    2 - 5 Years

Industries:    Printing/Packaging

 Responsibilities:-

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production productivity, process efficiency, and OEE.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing Lean practices, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction activities.
• Monitor machine performance, downtime, rejection rates, and productivity metrics.
• Participate in cost reduction projects and track the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to execute cross-functional improvement projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on OEE, productivity, downtime, and improvement activities.
• Assist in root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions to ensure sustainable process improvements.

 Required Skills

• Basic to good understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Productivity Enhancement.
• Knowledge of OEE, machine utilization, downtime analysis, and cost reduction techniques.
• Good data analysis skills with proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and support improvement projects.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
