Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts
Location: Navkar Chamber, Andheri East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including Journal, Purchase, Cash, and Bank Entries.

Handle and supervise the Accounts team and coordinate daily accounting activities.

Process vendor bills, payments, employee bills, and reimbursements.

Manage Debtors/Creditors Reconciliation and regular Bank Reconciliation.

Handle GST activities, including GST Reconciliation, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoicing on the GST Portal.

Handle TDS activities and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Manage and maintain Accounts and ensure accurate and timely accounting records and reports.

Skills & Requirements

3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Strong knowledge of accounting operations and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoicing.

Experience in Bank and Debtors/Creditors Reconciliation.

Knowledge of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Experience in team handling and coordination.
